engelsk helg

this is in english since my international friends want to read. my long weekend in a short version.

so, no sushi friday, sven had forgotten all about it. after trying to reach him for like two hours we finally got svends (notice the d) address, just by görlitzer bahnhof, very nice. i like white floors. and then sven made up for his forgetfulness by making his specialty, a very tasty mushroom risotto. the evening continued at bar havanna with some swedish people. later they all headed off to panorama bar, refusing to use public transportation, i don't know why. so after a late night walk through kreuzberg i was to tired to stand up anymore and collapsed into bed.

saturday was intended to be spent studying but instead i did some walking. i like to walk, usually, even though i just complained about the midnight hike. but when it's daylight you get a very nice feeling for how the city fits together. and it feels good that i finally explored alexanderplatz, even though there is not that much to see there. except the tv tower. which you would actually see better from anywhere else.

i spent the evening at asa's place, a swedish evening, nice for a change. she also has an amazing apartment. and she had a lot of vodka, which she doesn't anymore. so sunday was kind of lazy. a nice trip with dagmar to sunny spandau and an overprized pizza in f'hain. then hanging around the kitchen table with sven. i think it's good that paola and anna will be here next weekend to force me into some more tellable activities.

now i have to run to my seminar. part II of medien als marken, hopefully better than the last one.
